2. Weighing system for foam materials together with the variable mold cavity to produce plates with constant weight

5. Steady pressure-based heating process is used to keep the stream energy consumption as low as 9-13kg/m³ foam with a low moisture content of the plate and small deformation of the foam
6. Use SS punched plate with a low heat capacity and high ventilation rate
7. Extensible modular PLC system with Ethernet interface for further MES connection
8. With weighing system for the roll-out rack and digital ink-jet printing function, and the roll-out rack is seamlessly compatible with the drying line
