The EPS moulding machine is based on the E type machine with high efficiency. Energy-saving.Updated the surface of mechanical structure,installation and precision electrical control,main advantages of the styrofoam moulding machine as follows:
Simple mechanical structure:
a. The polystyrene molding machine adopts double guide column and gear rack synchronization structure；
b. Guide bushing adopts imported Polymeric materials which can be running in no need of lubricating oil condition.
Easy installation:
a. The shape molding machine adopts opening mechanical structure which is easy for machine maintenance and mould change.
b. The EPS shape moulding machine has big legs to put on the concrete ground, so no need to build concrete foundation.
Digitizationcontrol:
a. All the pressure adjustment of the EPS moulding machine can be settled on touch screen, which realize digital operation.
b. The styrofoam moulding machine adopt electrical balance valve control, which can make sure more precise pressure control.
Note:Equipment with frame steam mold core chamber is optional,so that customer can reduce cost for making new mould.
