New technology eps foam cornices block molding machine

The new technology DZ DF eps block machine is suitable for Applied in lines, external walls, soundproof plates and floating floor 

Main Features:

1. The unique stream pipeline design with the inlet in the middle and outlets at both ends enables a thoroughly even distribution of the stream, guarantees the constant overall combination rate inside the plate products, and significantly lowers the post-cutting deformation of the foam board.

2. The Fangyuan patent roof stream auxiliary heating system is used to ensure a much lower moisture content at the top of the plate product than the international standard.

3. Optimize the template structure of the design to shorten the feeding time and cooling time .

4. All the templates are welded with high-strength and seamless rectangular tubes and steel boards, which are of high strength without deformation after heat treatment. 

5. Use pressure transmitter for heating control and form pressure gauge for cooling control, and all the operations are digitalized to ensure precise and reliable control.

6. Available at the option of customers: Foam ink-jet printing system.
